Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours. The processing of your order begins as soon as you received the order email confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. With this number, you will be able to access your shipment and monitor each stage of the delivery.
All merchandise shipped must be accepted by the customer. Otherwise, the return costs and possibly customs costs (order placed outside EU) will be deducted from the refund or customer credit.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
To calculate the exact delivery time of your order, please add the estimated delivery time of the product to that of the delivery method chosen. It will usually take more time depending on chosen delivery method.
