How to return an item?

Do you want to return your item to us? Whether it is an exchange, a refund request or after-sales service, it is important to strictly follow the following procedure. This allows us to identify your order and therefore to process it as quickly as possible.

Return your item in perfect condition in its original packaging accompanied form by the return to this address :

 

                

 

NB: It is strongly recommended making the return by registered mail in order to guarantee its good reception. (Items lost by the carrier during the return are your responsibility).

 

 

Please also note that:

- An item returned without its original box will not be accepted

- If the product has been used, it will not be accepted

- If the product's packaging is torn or if protective elements are missing, the return will not be accepted

- Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items will only be accepted if:

- They are returned in the exact condition in which you received them (including with all accessories).

 

Reimbursement

Refunds are generally made within 5 to 15 days after receipt of your package in our warehouse. This period may be extended during periods of high activity. We process returns as quickly as possible.

Important

If your item was delivered with a defect, is damaged, or does not work properly, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item before returning it. Note that beyond the 48-hour period, no claims can be made.
