How to return an item?

Do you want to return your item to us? Whether it is an exchange, a refund request or after-sales service, it is important to strictly follow the following procedure. This allows us to identify your order and therefore to process it as quickly as possible.

You have 14 days to return your item.

You wish to make a simple return against a refund, an exchange, and after-sales service?

1. Connect to your account on chic-time

  • Whatever the reason, you can request a return of merchandise from your customer area accessible on the Chic Time website.

  • Click on "History and details of your orders".
  • Then click on the "details" button of the order for which you wish to return a product.
  • The details of your order are displayed instantly, scroll your mouse until you reach this area (order detail table):
  • Check the product you wish to return.
  • IMPORTANT: Indicate the reason for your return to the message box.
  • Click on the button "Generate a return"
  • A page is generated indicating the current status of your return (by default "awaiting confirmation"):

(All your product returns can be viewed from your personal space, "Product returns" section).

Depending on the accuracy of your message, our after-sales service reserves the right to ask you for more information about your return if needed. You will also be notified when the status of your request has changed. This will change to "Waiting for package".

Once the status has been updated by our teams, you will be able to download and print a return form in order to return your merchandise by post:

By clicking on "Print" a document in PDF format is generated. You just need to print it.

This form is important because it allows our teams to identify you and thus process your request more quickly.

2. Return your item

Return your item in perfect condition in its original packaging accompanied form by the return to this address :


NB: It is strongly recommended making the return by registered mail in order to guarantee its good reception. (Items lost by the carrier during the return are your responsibility).

3. Important

Was your wristwatch delivered to you defective?

If the watch delivered to you has a defect, is damaged or does not work or in bad condition, kindly inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the item before returning it to us.
